Rushmere Farm offers a grounded, spacious setting for corporate offsites and team gatherings that value focus, clarity and connection.
Set within a carbon-negative organic cereal farm in the South Downs National Park, offsites take place across 15 acres of ancient woodland, wildflower meadow and working farmland, with use of the woodland canopy, barn and outdoor spaces. These environments are well suited to walking conversations, reflective sessions, creative work and outdoor team-building.
Events can be run as day gatherings or overnight offsites, with access to our glamping area and self-contained accommodation where appropriate. Rather than a conventional venue, Rushmere offers access through stewardship and shared care of the land.

Rushmere Farm hosts gatherings of many kinds — from weddings and celebrations to corporate offsites, retreats and community events. People don’t simply hire Rushmere. They are trusted with it. Throughout the year we host several events for our stewards and volunteers, as well as anyone else who wants to join in on the fun.
