This lovely yoga class will help you unwind and connect with the healing energy of nature. You will be guided through traditional yoga poses and flows that develop strength, flexibility, and the connection between body, mind & breath. Finishing with relaxation techniques.
These classes are designed for mixed-level participants - All Levels Welcome
Pack your
Yoga mat, bring a blanket.
Please do not worry if you haven't got a mat. We can provide one.
We will be outside or under cover, depending on the weather. Please dress appropriately for movement and comfort.
